Before running the self-extracting update you MUST ensure all users are logged out

The best way to ensure all users are logged out is to use LOCKBOS

Run the update from a command prompt (typo error).To commence extraction type the file name using the forward slash Y switch if desired. For example 010502sv.exe /Y
