Spin Bars
One easy way to move quickly around bos is to use the spin-bars.
The spin-bars are in a horizontal row of boxes running across the top of the page, from left to right.
The precise number of spin-bars depends on the book you are using, but most books have between two and five. At the right-most end of each rectangular spin-bar is a down arrow.
