| THE WEST INDIAN REPORTS ON CD ROM Notice Board General Information
The West Indian Reports is a series of reports of cases decided in the High Courts and Courts of Appeal of the West Indian states, and Privy Council appeals therefrom. Published in two volumes each year, the West Indian Reports includes decisions from the following jurisdictions: The Bahamas; Barbados; Belize; Bermuda; the Cayman Islands; the Eastern Caribbean States; Guyana; Jamaica; and Trinidad and Tobago.
The cases are selected for inclusion in the series by a distinguished panel of Judge Editors comprising: the Hon Mr Justice de la Bastide TC, the Chief Justice of Trinidad and Tobago; the Hon Mr Justice Byron, acting Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court; the Hon Mr Justice C C Kennard OR, CCH, the Chancellor of the Court of Appeal of Guyana; the Hon Mr Justice K S Harrison, a Judge of the Supreme Court of Jamaica; the Hon Mr Justice Meerabux, a Judge of the Supreme Court of Belize; the Hon Sir Joaquim Gonsalves-Sabola, the President of the Court of Appeal of The Bahamas; the Hon Mr Lisle Austin Ward, the Chief Justice of Bermuda; and the Hon Sir Denys Williams, the Chief Justice of Barbados. The Consultant Editor for the series is Paul H Niekirk, of Grays Inn, Barrister.
This books on screenä product contains the complete set of the West Indian Reports beginning with cases in 1958. Currently this amounts to the full text of 53 volumes or about 3,500 cases. The CD will be updated twice yearly as and when the hard copy volumes are published.
