Denton Wilde Sapte act for Highways Agency

PFI specialists Denton Wilde Sapte have confirmed the financial close of the A13, the first UK urban Design Build Finance and Operate project. The five year improvement project will cost around £200m and will be maintained and operated by Road Management Services (A13) plc. In July the successful bond finance deal will be handed over to the Highways Agency Co Transport for London. The Denton Wilde Sapte team was led by Lynne McCaw. (9/6/2000)
